Rahul is the founding partner of Vantage Point Advisors LLP. Rahul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Christ University, Bengaluru
Work Experience
Prior to co-founding Vantage Point Advisors, Rahul was a Director with the Transaction Tax team at Ernst & Young LLP (EY). Prior to that, Rahul was with the M&A team at KPMG
Extensive experience in working on M&A/ cross-border transactions, business re-structuring exercises, fund advisory services, due diligence, IPOs, etc.
Closely worked with various Promoter/ founders of start-ups, SMEs, MNCs - across sectors including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.
